The reeve acts as the chapter treasurer, keeping track of the shire finances and completing the paperwork following shire events. This position is also known as the Exchequer.

The local herald assists the populace in designing period names and personal heraldry and coordinates heraldic services for shire events.

The chronicler collaborates with members of the populace to publish a shire newsletter filled with local news, event reports, and original articles.

The chatelaine welcomes newcomers to the shire and helps them connect to the shire and the Society.

The historian maintains the historical archives of the shire by collecting newspaper articles, photographs, videos, past newsletters, and reports concerning our history.

Minister of Children – Lady Agnes von Trier
The minister of children provides activities for the children of the shire at local meetings and at shire events that both entertain and educate them about the Middle Ages.

The provost, in concert with the Minister of Arts and Sciences, acts as liaison between the shire and the Royal University of Meridies reporting class credits and providing transcripts of classes taken upon request.

The webminister maintains the shire website and other web properties such as discussion boards, online documents, and social networking profiles and groups.

The chirurgeon provides modern first-aid to the shire and its events. This position requires a minimum of first-aid and CPR certification.
