Well met!
The Shire of Vulpine Reach is a local chapter of the Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc. in Chattanooga, TN, located in the Kingdom of Meridies. The SCA is an international organization dedicated to researching and re-creating pre-17th-century European history.
More than a study group, our goal is to put into practice the skills of those remarkable times.
Throughout the world. members gather at weekend events & weekly meetings to recreate the Middle Ages and Renaissance. Almost every aspect of these ancient times is studied and explored in competitions of the Arts & Sciences and in tournaments of armed combat.
Whether you would become a warrior, scholar, or artisan,
there is a place for you. And because parents may be
searching for things to do as a family, there are also
children's activities at most events where children can attend classes and activities which relate to the Middle Ages. |  |
