Fees for Foxes 2009

Weekend admission includes cabin or encampment space (campers must pre-register), Friday night traveler's fare, and Saturday and Sunday breakfast.

If you send in your registration postmarked by August 21, 2009, you can take advantage of the following special rates:

Feast Token - $6.00

These rates are per person. Children 0-3 receive free admission. A surcharge of 3.00 for non-member adults will apply. To make pre-registration simple and easy, we have provided a special pre-registration form. You can type directly into the MS Word form for your convenience or print out the PDF and fill it out by hand. Please include your email address and you will receive confirmation of receipt.

Feast Token - $6.00 (over 35 of 80 spaces are already sold, you MUST pre-register to guarantee space!)

Cabins and Camping

110 cabin spaces are available at Harrison Bay with convenient access to the main hall, bathhouse, and fighting field. Most cabins sleep six with bunk beds.

Due to park regulations, encampments are available by pre-registration only! 30 spaces are available in designated areas and camping registrations must be postmarked by August 21, 2009. Merchants must pre-register in order to camp with their merchandise.

Overnight accomodations fill up quickly at Foxes, so take advantage of the pre-registration discount and register early!

Per kingdom law, no family shall pay a site fee higher than three adult member prices for admission to Tourney of the Foxes provided the children are 15 years of age or younger and they are all members (immediate family only, discount applies to admission only, does not include feast token).

Pre-registrations are non-refundable after August 24, 2009.
